Crafts, Paint Night and strawberry waffles for breakfast.

March 9-12th 2018
Central NY

After a week of stress, sleepless nights and school papers, I welcomed this weekend. Friday I'll admit I was a little silly at work..(..I've been sleep deprived), but so glad to enjoy the weekend. Scrap booking on Friday night with Sandy and Aimee.
We had a blizzard that caught us off guard Friday night, and poor Aimee got her car stuck as she was heading home...I am so ready for winter to END.

Saturday was early morning off to address routine household chores, and then it was time for some girl fun!!!!!

Several of us met up at a local Paint with a Twist location for some eats, drinks and creative fun,

Party goers included; Becky, her daughter Abby, my daughter Alexis, Erin, Cynthia, Renee and her sister in law...
Bonnie, her daughter Leah, Nikki, Stefanie, me and Aimee.

We had some good food and some wine!!!
We started with some background color.

I went with pink.....

Then we made a tree.

Looking good so far.....
Jack was our instructor and he was a lot of fun!

Here is everyone!!!

We painted on mustaches.....

Very cute!

Wine was delish.

The final products.....

Not sure what I think about mine.....

but we had an awesome time!!!

Sunday.....
Mark and I traveled to Del Lago resort and casino for one of those amazing breakfasts...

Of course I had the waffles....YUM
and for dessert....
We played a few slot machines. I ended up ahead by about $13-. I cashed out at $33- and my ticket and was given back all in $5- bills. (plus 3 ones of course). I am saving my $5's so this went to my $5- savings account. I have about $300 saved since January.
Mark picked up his FREE dutch oven and we were soon on our way home. Great morning despite "spring" forward with the clocks.
Back to work on Monday...but NO school this week. I am on Spring break!!!! I am simply enjoying no school work.
Next weekend is a party at Turning Stone and we are staying at The Lodge. I cannot wait.
