March 2023

 Things have been unexciting of late. There have been no big trips anywhere. This time of year the travel group tends to slow down, so I pretty much have had to make myself little trips around the local community. I usually try to get myself a McDonalds Shamrock Shake every year around this time, but when I looked at the price I nearly fell over. What is happening to the prices of fast food. It is insane. I instead had an actual Irish Milk shake from the Burgers over Madison County place in Point Place Casino. It was much better and it was free with casino points. 

The snow keeps on coming. I have to say though it has not been a horrible winter season. I anticipate this as being our last winter in NY. 

On St. Patrick's Day I met up with my Daughter, her girlfriend Alicia and my son. We had a few cocktails. 

Carol joined us as well. 

I had a room at the casino so my daughter came out and spent the day with me. We did some gambling and enjoyed the pool/hot tub. 

Hubby met me after work and we had dinner at the steak house. This was the first time we had ever been to this place. 

The decor was beautiful, and the meal was amazing. Very fancy. 

Possibly the best cheesecake I have ever had. My favorite.

I took a walk and found this view from the deck. Incredible.
